Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. First edition, second printing as stated on copyright page - September, 1930. First printing was June, 1929. Heavy blue buckram cloth boards with blind stamped double ruling around front edges and panels on spine with gilt titling and decoration. Book is suprisingly clean, tight and square despite use as a textbook at Harvard. Only flaw is prior owner's name and dorm - "Oliver Garceau, Lowell House I-13, Harvard, 1930-1931." Laid in is a Biology A Botany text from Harvard University with 10 questions and some notes on it. 1st/2nd.
