One month after the 9/11 crisis my business, like somany others, went under. my hopes, dreams, and investments were gone. Duringthe weeks that followed, I continuously brain-stormed about how to pick myself up and start over again. Then, quite unexpectedly one morning inNovember I woke with a story about Santa's beard in her head. As I put itto paper, I never imagined a new career was taking root.
