Why is Franklin suddenly wearing his baseball cap backwards and asking his parents to buy him a skateboard? Because he wants to be just like Jack Rabbit, a big kid in the neighborhood. Franklin is so busy helping Jack with his paper route that he doesn't have time to play pirates with his best friend, Bear. But after a long, hard, rainy Sunday morning folding and delivering papers, Franklin begins to think that maybe he isn't ready to be a big kid after all.
